हाल ही में भारत सरकार ने चीन के कुछ ऐप / एप्स को गूगल प्ले स्टोर और एप्पल प्ले स्टोर से हटाने के आदेश जारी कर दिए हैं। जल्द ही इन चीनी एप गूगल वह एप्पल प्ले स्टोर से हटा दिए जाएंगे और भारतीय नागरिक इनका आनंद नहीं ले सकेंगे।

यह अच्छी बात है कि भारत सरकार ने चीन के इन एप्स के प्रति यह प्रतिबंध लगाया क्योंकि यह भारतीय नागरिकों की निजी जानकारी को लेकर दूसरी कंपनियों के साथ शेयर करते हैं और इससे भारतीय जनता के साथ धोखाधड़ी होने की संभावना रहती है और इस जानकारी का दुरुपयोग किया जाता है ऑनलाइन साइबर क्राइम के केसों में इस प्रकार के असुरक्षित ऐप्स की वजह से ही वृद्धि हुई है।

भारत के लद्दाख केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के गलवान घाटी में जो भी सैन्य कार्यवाही हुई उसने भारत को चीन पर हमले का एक नया मौका दिया है। भारत को चाहिए कि वह चीन के प्रति एक नई रणनीति अपनाएं, परंतु दुर्भाग्य से भारत के कूटनीति और रणनीति पर बात करने वाले और इन नीतियों पर निर्णय लेने वाले लोग, चीन की सैनिक और आर्थिक ताकत से इतना घबराए रहते हैं कि वह उसे दूसरे मौतों पर मत देना तो दूर चुनौती देने की बात भी नहीं सोच पाते,तो  फिर वह चीन पर हमला कैसे करेंगे?

 चीन के तानाशाह रवैया को देखते हुए भारत को भी जरूरत है, कि उसका सामना डटकर करे। उसकी कमजोरियों को पहचाने और अपने रक्षात्मक रवैए को छोड़कर, आक्रामक नीतियों को अपनाएं और चीन को दबाने में अपनी ताकत लगाए। भारत के नीति निर्धारकों को यह पता होना चाहिए कि चीन की कम्युनिस्ट सरकार अपने आर्थिक और सैनिक ताकत के बल पर दुनिया में तानाशाह बनी हुई है, और अमेरिका जैसे देशों को भी खुलेआम जवाब देती है और अन्य देशों से धमकाने के तरीके से बात करती है। परंतु विदेशी राजनीति की समझ रखने वाले जानते हैं कि तिब्बत, पूर्वी तुर्किस्तान जिसका चीनी नाम शिनजियांग है, दक्षिण मंगोलिया हॉन्गकोंग, मकाऊ और ताइवान के मसलों पर खुद चीनी सरकार अपने आप को असुरक्षित महसूस करती है। इन पर यदि कोई भी देश टिप्पणी करता है और दखलअंदाजी करने की कोशिश करता है, तो चीनी सरकार तिलमिला जाती है और आंखें दिखाने के सिवा और कुछ कर भी नहीं सकती। सन 1949 में जब चीन में कम्युनिस्ट शासन की स्थापना हुई तो भारत सरकार तब से लेकर वन चाइना पॉलिसी के तहत चीन की हां में हां मिलाती रही है।

विदेश स्तर की राजनीति की समझ रखने वाले जानते हैं, कि जब 1951 में चीन ने तिब्बत पर अवैध कब्जा किया था, तो इसी बहाने चीन भारत की लद्दाख, सिक्किम और अरुणाचल प्रदेश की सीमाओं तक आ पहुंचा। परंतु फिर भी भारत की सरकार ने पंचशील समझौते के तहत उनकी अतार्किक और अवैध बातों को भी जायज करार दिया और उनका समर्थन ही किया। अब भारत को चाहिए कि तिब्बत में चीन के अवैध कब्जे को चुनौती दे और पूरे संसार के सामने चीन के रवैए को जाहिर करें तथा उसका विरोध करें क्योंकि विश्व के बहुत से देश इस मामले में भारत की पहल पर खुश होंगे और साथ देंगे।
यह इस बात से भी साफ होता है कि अमेरिकी संसद पिछले 3 महीने में तिब्बत के पक्ष में दो प्रस्ताव बहुमत से पास कर चुकी है, और यूरोप के लगभग सभी देशों में 10 मार्च के दिन तिब्बत के झंडे को आधिकारिक तौर पर फहराया जाता है। तिब्बत की स्वतंत्रता की मांग पूरे विश्व के लगभग सभी देशों में उठ रही है परंतु चीन के खिलाफ कार्यवाही का दुस्साहस कोई भी देश नहीं कर पा रहा है। भारत को अब चीन को इस मामले में जवाब देना चाहिए।


दलाई लामा एक तिब्बती नेता है जो कि भारत के सम्मानित मेहमान भी हैं उनको नोबेल पुरस्कार, टेंपलटन पुरस्कार, मैग्सेसे पुरस्कार प्रदान किए जा चुके हैं और वह पूरे विश्व में शांति दूत के रूप में जाने जाते है। तो भारत तिब्बत की निर्वासित सरकार को मान्यता देकर चीन के प्रति अपनी आक्रामकता जाहिर कर सकता है।



यह भी जगजाहिर है कि जो वायरस चीन के वुहान से निकला है, वह चाहे जानबूझकर छोड़ा गया हो या फिर गलती से निकला हो परंतु इस मसले पर अमेरिका, जर्मनी, जापान और आस्ट्रेलिया सहित कई देश उसके खिलाफ कार्यवाही के लिए तैयार बैठे हैं और भारत ने 1951 में चीन के तिब्बत पर कब्जे के बाद जो 1954 में पंचशील समझौते के तहत अपने आप को नुकसान पहुंचाए थे, उनको भी फायदे में बदलने का समय आ गया है क्योंकि चीन ने तिब्बत में मैं भारत को ना तो, अपनी वाणिज्यिक गतिविधियां चलाने की अनुमति दी ना ही वहां पर भारत की सैनिक टुकड़ी जा सकती है, ना ही भारतीय व्यापारी वहां पर लेनदेन कर सकते हैं, और ना ही तिब्बत के लहासा में भारतीय वाणिज्य दूतावास खोलने की चीनी सरकार अनुमति दे रही है।


 इस बात को बहुत कम लोग जानते हैं की चीन के अखबारों, टीवी चैनलों और न्यूज एजेंसियों के बहुत से पत्रकार भारत में है और वह मीडिया की आजादी का भरपूर फायदा उठा रहे हैं जबकि वह इसका दुरुपयोग भी करते हैं परंतु चीन में भारतीय पत्रकारों की संख्या बहुत कम है और वहां पर कई तरह की पाबंदी है। इस मसले पर भारत अपने हितों की आवाज मजबूती से उठा सकता है और करोना वायरस के कारण पूरी दुनिया भर में चीन के उत्पादों और चीनी कंपनियों द्वारा बनाए जा रहे सामान के प्रति भी एक आर्थिक युद्ध हो सकता है, जिसका फायदा भारत को उठाना चाहिए, इसलिए चीन के खिलाफ सैनिक तैयारी के साथ साथ कूटनीतिक कदम भी उठाए जाने जरूरी हैं ताकि चीन की बराबरी की जा सके और भारतीय मंत्रालय द्वारा चीन के ऐप अन-इंस्टॉल करने की जो अधिकारिक घोषणा की गई, वह बहुत ही सराहनीय है क्योंकि चीन अपने देश में विदेशों के कोई भी ऐप, सॉफ्टवेयर प्रयोग करने की इजाजत नहीं देता और उसने स्वयं के ही सारे मोबाइल उत्पाद बना रखे हैं जो कि अन्य देशों में करोड़ों की कमाई करते हैं तो भारत में भी बहुत से काबिल वैज्ञानिक और इंजीनियर है जो चाइना के सभी उत्पादों जैसे कि मोबाइल सॉफ्टवेयर, मोबाइल ऐप या अन्य मैन्युफैक्चरिंग उत्पादों को चुनौती दे सकते हैं तो भारत को इस अवसर का लाभ उठाना चाहिए।


चीन विश्व में महाशक्ति के रूप में उभरने पर घमंड कर रहा है और वह पूरी दुनिया पर अपना प्रभाव जमाना चाहता है और अपनी शक्ति का दुरुपयोग कर रहा है।  हाल ही में भारत की बीएसएनल कंपनी ने 4G टेंडर से चीनी कंपनियों को बाहर रखने बारे प्रस्ताव रखा है, जो कि एक अच्छा कदम है। कानपुर से मुगलसराय के बीच फ्रेट कॉरिडोर प्रोजेक्ट में चीनी कंपनियों का ठेका रद्द कर दिया गया है तो ऐसे ही जो समझौता हाल ही में जब गलवन घाटी में भारतीय और चीनी सैनिकों के बीच झड़प हो रही थी, उसी वक्त महाराष्ट्र सरकार और चीन की वाहन निर्माता कंपनी ग्रेट वॉल मोटर्स के बीच समझौता हुआ था। उसे भी अवश्य ही रद्द किया जाना चाहिए और भारतीय कंपनियों को जिसमें भारत के सभी लघु, सूक्ष्म और मध्यम उद्योग आते हैं, उनको भी मौका देना चाहिए। तभी भारत के आत्मनिर्भर अभियान को बड़े तरीके से आगे बढ़ा सकता है। परंतु इस मामले में भारतीय कंपनियों और भारतीय बैंकों या सरकार द्वारा दी जाने वाली रे तू यारी नदी के बीच भारत में भ्रष्टाचार एक बहुत बड़ी समस्या है और इस पर सबसे पहले और सबसे ज्यादा चोट की जानी आवश्यक है जो कि सरकार की जिम्मेवारी बनती है और भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ एक पारदर्शी तरीके से पहल की जानी आवश्यक है नहीं तो भ्रष्टाचारी और लालची लोग जो कि भारतीय राजनीति में है और भारतीय सरकार में नौकरी कर रहे हैं वह स्वार्थ बस अपने देश के खिलाफ ही निर्णय लेने में नहीं जी सकते

 It is also well known that the virus which originated from Wuhan in China, whether it was intentionally released or accidentally, but on this issue many countries including America, Germany, Japan and Australia are ready to take action against it and India.  After China's occupation of Tibet in 1951, which had damaged itself under the Panchsheel Agreement in 1954, the time has also come to convert them into profit because China has neither India nor its commercial activities in Tibet.  Permission is neither given to Indian troops there, nor Indian merchants may transact there, nor is the Chinese government giving permission to open the Indian Consulate in Lhasa, Tibet.

The schedule for the Online Submission of Examination Application Forms and Fees for the Private Candidates for 

a) B.A. Part-II and PG courses Part-II for April-June 2021 is as under:

i. 01/01/2021 - 05/05/2021 (with normal fee)

b) B.A. Part-I and III, B.Com Part-I,II & III, PG courses Part-I for April-June 2021 is as under:

i. 20/10/2020 - 31/01/2021 (with normal fee)

ii. 01/02/2021 - 15/02/2021 (with late fees of Rs. 500/-)

iii. 16/02/2021 - 28/02/2021 (with late fees of Rs. 1000/-)

iv. 24/03/2021 - 15/04/2021 (with late fees of Rs. 2000/-)

v. 20/04/2021 - 05/05/2021 (with late fees of Rs. 3000/-)

Before filling the form, please read carefully about eligibility criteria, examinations schedule, rules for private candidates and fee details available on the University Website (http://www.kuk.ac.in)

The students shall have to fill online examination form and also upload the photographs, signature and thumb impression.Therefore, before applying, the candidates must have scanned copies (image size: 10 KB-20 KB) of the following:

a. Photo

b. Signature

c. Thumb Impression

d. DMC of last qualifying Exam

e. Migration Certificate

f. Domicile No. and Date

g. Supporting document for the Capacity under which you are applying as a private candidate for e.g.

i. Caste Certificate for SC/ST, 

ii. NOC from the employer in case of ‘Serving Military Personnel’ and ‘KUK Employee’ 

iii. Physical Disability Certificate for physically handicapped candidates.

iv. Any supporting document for Ex-Defense servicemen etc.

Important Notifications or Letters

Correction Form for Online Private Students

The private candidates shall have to do one time registration (in first year) on the university's online examination portal in order to apply for the online submission of examination form and fee. The already registered candidates are advised not to register again with different email id (s) otherwise their roll numbers may get changed from the previous years leading to discrepancies in their results.

The candidates are advised to retain the same email ID and mobile number throughout the session or course as all important correspondences shall be done using the same email ID and mobile Number. If a candidate forgets his/her email ID or password; then follow these steps to recover the same: 

Go to Login --> Click on Forgot UserID / Password.

The email Id and password will be sent to his/her registered mobile number. If the student is still unable to retrieve the User Id and Password, then, he/she may send his/her request with full details on the email ID onlinepvt@kuk.ac.in.

The private candidates applying through online mode must submit their examination fees through the online examination portal only; after which the form will be considered successfully submitted to the University.

1. Private candidates may also contact their concerned Result Branches/Online Enquiry Counter for any changes after final submission of examination form. In such cases, Correction Form for Online Private Students (Annexure-I), placed on the online examination portal at Important Notifications or Letters had to be filled and submitted by the candidate at the

2. For resolution of any online fee related issues, the private candidates shall fill the Fee Reconciliation Form for Private Students (Annexure-II) placed on the online examination portal at Important Notifications or Letters and submit the same at the

The Admit Cards shall be made available only to the eligible private candidates who can obtain the same through their student’s login by entering user ID and password. Therefore, the candidates are strictly advised to retain their mobile no.(s), user ID and passwords.

The private candidates applying their examination forms through online mode re advised to regularly keep in touch with the University website i.e. www.kuk.ac.in and the online examination portal for latest updates regarding Date-Sheets, Admit Cards, Examination Centres and other information etc., if any.

The unpaid online examination form for private students shall not be considered ‘Submitted’ to the university.

University reserves the right to create or abolish any examination Centre at any stage.

The field of NAD ID is not compulsory for the private candidates. However, the field of NAD ID is required to avail the benefits of National Academic Depository (NAD). For more details click on ‘Create NAD ID’ in the form.

A candidate applying through the online mode is also strictly advised to submit the hard copy of the system generated online form i.e. print out of .PDF copy along with the requisite documents to the concerned result branches of the University well in time without which the University shall not check the eligibility of the students and in no case shall issue the admit cards.

कुरुक्षेत्र विश्वविद्यालय कुरुक्षेत्र द्वारा आगामी सत्र 2020 21 के लिए दाखिला प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है। जल्द ही वेबसाइट पर सत्र 2020 21 के लिए प्रोस्पेक्ट उपलब्ध हो जाएगा। कुरुक्षेत्र विश्वविद्यालय में स्नातकोत्तर कक्षाओं के लिए यह है वीडियो जारी किया गया है जैसे MA, MSC, LAW, PGDCA, MTECH, MED, Computer MCA,MSC, Education, Music etc.

कुरुक्षेत्र यूनिवर्सिटी की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर 6 जुलाई 2000 को दाखिला प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी जाएगी, और वेबसाइट पर अंतिम तिथि फीस आदि के बारे में जानकारी देखी जा सकती है और 7 जुलाई 2020 से दाखिला फार्म ऑनलाइन सबमिट कर सकते हैं.

7 अगस्त 2020 ऑनलाइन दाखिला फार्म अप्लाई करने की अंतिम तिथि है।



अबकी बार दाखिला किसी भी कक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर लिया जाएगा इस बात की संभावना बहुत कम है कि कॉमन लिखित परीक्षा ली जाए क्योंकि कोविड-19 के चलते सामाजिक दूरी बनाए रखनी जरूरी है और अभी तक डिस्टेंस से कोई भी पाठ्यक्रम भी यह में बीकॉम एमकॉम आदि के लिए डेट निर्धारित नहीं की गई है क्षेत्र कुरुक्षेत्र की वेबसाइट पर जाकर डिस्टेंस एजुकेशन के बारे में अधिक जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

The admission process for the upcoming session 2020 21 has been started by KUK Ku KUK University Kurukshetra.  Prospect for session 2020 21 will be available on the website soon.  This is video has been released for postgraduate classes in Kurukshetra University like MA, MSC, LAW, PGDCA, MTECH, MED, Computer MCA, MSC, Education, Music etc.




 Admission process will be started on 6 July 2000 on the official website of Kurukshetra University, and information about last date fees etc. can be seen on the website and submit the admission form online from 7 July 2020.


 August 7, 2020 is the last date to apply for the online admission form.



 This time admission will be taken on the basis of marks obtained in any class, it is very unlikely that the Common Written Examination will be taken because due to Kovid-19 it is necessary to maintain social distance and yet any course from distance is also in it.  Date has not been set for BCom MCOM etc. You can get more information about distance education by visiting the website of Kshetra Kurukshetra.
